★ NishLab does not guarantee any specific exam score, rank, or result. Performance in competitive examinations depends on numerous factors outside our control, including individual effort, exam conditions, and syllabus changes by the respective boards.
3. Content Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our study content. However:
- Exam syllabi change periodically — content may not always reflect the most recent updates immediately
- Some explanations represent one valid approach — alternative correct methods may exist
- NishLab content should be used as a supplementary tool alongside official study resources

While we select these services carefully, NishLab is not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies. Links to third-party sites from our apps are provided for convenience — we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content.
5. Service Availability
★ NishLab services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify users of significant outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
★ To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, NishLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of data, loss of progress, or dissatisfaction with exam results.
7. Intellectual Property of Examination Bodies
★ Previous year questions (PYQs) used in our apps are reproduced for educational reference only under fair use principles. NishLab does not claim ownership of questions originally authored by examination boards. All such content is the property of the respective examination body.
