1. Who We Are
NishLab is an ed-tech brand operating digital learning products in India. Our apps include Nish-Learn (NEET preparation) and related study tools accessible via subdomains of nishlab.in. NishLab is currently an unregistered brand operated by an individual based in Patna, Bihar, India.
By accessing or using any NishLab product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You may register using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at nish.lab.eco@gmail.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
NishLab offers free trial access and paid Pro subscriptions. All payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours.
- Subscription fees are displayed transparently at checkout, including platform fees
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account
- We do not store your payment card details — Razorpay handles all payment data
- Refund requests are evaluated case by case — contact us within 7 days of purchase
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All study content, explanations, questions, and materials within NishLab apps are the intellectual property of NishLab. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content programmatically
- Use content for commercial purposes outside NishLab
Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only during your active subscription period.
6. Referral Programme
NishLab may offer a referral system where users earn additional Pro access days for referring new users. Referral rewards are subject to:
- One reward per unique new user — self-referral is blocked by device ID
- Rewards are credited as Pro access days, not cash
- NishLab reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools or bots to access any NishLab service
- Attempt to bypass access controls or subscription gates
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Interfere with the operation of our services
8. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time via the Profile page. We will process deletion requests manually. NishLab may terminate or suspend access without notice for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you via the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
