NishLab is an ed-tech brand operating digital learning products in India. Our apps include Nish-Learn (NEET preparation) and related study tools accessible via subdomains of nishlab.in. NishLab is currently an unregistered brand operated by an individual based in Patna, Bihar, India.

By accessing or using any NishLab product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may request account deletion at any time via the Profile page. We will process deletion requests manually. NishLab may terminate or suspend access without notice for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you via the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
